We have extensive facilities for dry container repair. Our terminals can handle upto 50-70 containers in a day for a variety of jobs from cleaning, washing to welding.The company has all facilities and equipment required for repair and maintenance of dry containers. Skilled workforce comprising welders, cutters, painters, etc ensure a quality job, while the presence of on site admin staff and qualified surveyors simplify things for our customers. All employees go through a training and refresher program every six months to ensure optimal efficiency. With daily online reporting facilities we keep customers informed on the status of delivery.Icon Shipping provides complete services including pick and drop from port to port, before and after maintenance / repair work, to facilitate this it maintains a fleet of trailers. On site repair shed, welding equipment, workshop and warehouse provide a complete array of solutions for customers.

Reefer Container

Reefer containers require due care and diligence throughout the transportation process due to the perishable nature of cargo that they carry. Proper maintenance of refrigerated containers is therefore crucial to their performance while in transit. Understanding the criticality of the cargo, Icon Shipping specializes in maintenance and monitoring of reefer containers. In order to offer best services the company places a special emphasis on training its staff which comprises electrical and electronic engineers as well as technicians. The company’s engineers go through a rigorous training programme directly from the manufacturers of reefer machinery. For speedy turnaround of containers, Icon Shipping maintains an extensive inventory of spare parts. Taking its services a step further, the company has a mobile team on patrol to cater to any reefers that may need servicing while in transit. In addition, a monitoring team maintains constant vigil on laden reefer containers to check their temperature and functioning.
